Business Advisor Program

The objective of the Program is to provide guidance to aspiring professionals to start their career as a Business Advisor or Coach. 


Key features of the Program:


  • We customise the 3 months Program to suit the requirement of the participant, depending on the target markets: start up, scale up, growth, corporate, distress & exit.     
  • Weekly 60 - 90 minutes session via Zoom or face to face (in Kuala Lumpur only). All zoom sessions are recorded for your reference. 
  • To brainstorm and discuss your career objectives, problems, goals & solutions.      
  • Set targets, KPIs & milestones, and to reflect on your progress, key developments, strength & limitations. 
  • Experience live meetings with your Coach. 


Key Milestones of the Program:


  • Learn the A-Z process of being a Business Advisor – identify target client/market, develop marketing strategies, preparation of sales pitch, closing, advisory process, deliverables, and completion of a deal. 
  • Through this Program, you will know what to do with your client, when to do it, how to do it and more importantly, why you are doing it. This way, you can replicate your success with other clients. 
  • Gain Confidence in your consulting abilities over the next 6 months. The rigour, practice, feedback and skill development you will gain through this training is practical and effective. You will get hands on, practical application, participate in real life meetings with our  clients & portfolio companies, where you will gain even more insight and confidence in your skills. 
  • Design a Fulfilling Career Aligned with Your Values. If you are looking to build a full or part-time career as a business advisor or coach, this program will provide you the business building skills to put your dreams into action. Work the hours you want, work from wherever you desire while earning an income at the same time. 
  • Access to your Coach to learn with and gain skills. Your coach is just a phone call or click away for any questions, queries or clarifications you need.  
  • Ongoing Support. Your learning doesn’t end when the program ends; the ongoing learning and after-program support is provided. 
  • Profit sharing & business opportunities. You can also work together with your Coach on deals based on profit sharing arrangements.
