 Year 2020 was THE YEAR for SPAC. It was a phenomenal success, attracting investors and raising a record amount of money. Just in United States itself, total of USD$100B was raised in  2020, with one or more SPAC being listed every other working day.  SPAC raised twice as much as they raised in the previous 10 years. Great to  have Datuk Seri Paul Chong to give us more insights on SPAC listing.
